Arcade or Launcher? Which one you are using

The Arcade is the website: games open in a browser tab. The Launcher is the Windows desktop app. Same account, two doors.

Katana Inu has two surfaces, and they are easy to mix up. Here is the short version.

The Arcade

• It is the website. Games marked playable run straight in a browser tab, with no download.
• Signing in is free with an email or a wallet.
• The creator studios live here too: 3D Workshop, Video Lab, Image Lab, Game Maker and Clip Lab.

The Launcher

• It is the desktop app for Windows.
• Installing, updating and starting full games happens inside it. The store page says so itself: downloads and in-app play controls only run inside the desktop Launcher.
• The header shows "Launcher" next to the logo when you are inside the app, and "Arcade" in the browser.

One account

You sign in once and the same account works in both. Credits, purchases and your library follow you.
