1. Account
Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. Do not share or sell accounts, cheat, evade security controls or use another person's payment method without permission. We may restrict accounts for fraud, abuse or serious breaches.
2. Virtual goods
Characters, skins, effects, passes, credits and other virtual goods grant only a personal, non-transferable licence for the named game or service. They are cosmetic, provide no competitive advantage, are not money or investments and have no cash value.
3. Prices and contract
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. The final total appears before payment. A purchase is concluded when payment is accepted and we confirm the order.
4. Refunds
Paid amounts are generally not refunded voluntarily. For a partly used allowance, we may refund no more than the unused portion after individual review; annual prepayments are not refunded pro rata. This does not limit statutory withdrawal, defect or other consumer rights. See Withdrawal.
5. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms.
