Withdrawal information
You have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to Chainvision Games FZCO at the address in the Imprint or to business@katanainu.com before the period ends. The form below is optional.
Immediate digital delivery
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right expires when delivery begins if you expressly consented to delivery before the withdrawal period ended, acknowledged the loss of the right, and received the contract confirmation on a durable medium (§ 356(6) BGB).
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we reimburse the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
