1. Participation and account
You need a signed-in Katana Inu account to join. Keep your account, contact and payout details accurate and secure. Each account may hold one creator code. Participation is not transferable, and we may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect the program.
2. Code rules
A code must contain 3–16 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Codes that use or imitate protected, misleading or reserved terms are not allowed. Reserved terms include bnb, bnbchain, binance and pepe.
3. Discount and creator share
On eligible purchases attributed to your code, the buyer receives a 10% discount and you earn 15% of net revenue. Net revenue means the amount remaining after platform or payment fees, VAT or other sales taxes, refunds, reversals and chargebacks.
4. Fair use
Do not use your own code for your purchases, create artificial transactions, mislead buyers, automate use or otherwise manipulate attribution. We may suspend a code or account, withhold affected earnings and recover amounts already paid where misuse, fraud, refunds or chargebacks invalidate them.
5. Waiting period and payout
Earnings remain pending for 30 days after the qualifying purchase. You may request a payout when at least €50 is available. A request is not a guarantee of immediate transfer; we may first verify the account, attribution and payment details.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes, duties or social charges that apply to your creator income. We may request information or documents needed for lawful reporting or withholding.
7. Advertising disclosure
Clearly disclose the commercial relationship whenever you publish a post, video, stream, link or other content using your code. Put a clear label such as Advertising or Werbung where people see it immediately and use the platform's paid-partnership tool where available. Do not rely on #ad alone where local rules require a clearer label.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the program or these terms for future activity and will communicate material changes through the service. You may stop using the program at any time. Valid available earnings remain subject to these terms, verification and the anti-abuse rules.
9. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these terms.
